It is assured by us to take the terms of the policy seriously and to keep the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided to us.
Suasth Healthcare shall not intentionally or unless required under laws share the contents of any individual externally with any authorities or with any third party.
However, we do not guarantee or cannot assure that any electronic communication received from your end or its contents or attached records if any may not be accessible to any third party.
COMMUNICATION
It may be known to all concerned that Suasth Healthcare may reach out to you through various available means of communication including but not limited to cell phone or landline calls or messages, online messengers (including Facebook, WhatsApp etc) and emails to update appointments, doctor instructions / requests, medical history, new developments at the hospital etc. Should you not wish to receive such communications, you may want to communicate the same to the hospital on call, unsubscribe from mail correspondences or send a request to contact@suasth.com. We assure you to act upon your request within 1 week time.
